Episode 114. How Meditation Can Make You a Better Clinician - An Interview With Tania Ho

I am very, very excited about today’s episode, my friends.  This topic is near and dear to my heart, and it’s something that I think we all need desperately.

Today we’re talking about the importance of having a sacred practice in your life … finding a way to reconnect with your own soul, your own heart, and making time each day to honor that. 🥰

Today, you get to meet the lovely Tania Ho, owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa in Thailand. Tania is really passionate about teaching people how to meditate in a fun, easy and practical way, and to trust their intuition. She wants you to create a daily habit of feeding your soul.

But YOU get to decide what that looks like for you.

To make this easy, Tania shared some fun and unique ways to incorporate a meditative practice into your own life. (One of them involves chocolate, lol!).

Why should you care?

Because as practice owners, we pour so much energy into our work that we can easily become disconnected from what called us to become healers in the first place.

I want you to last.

And one way to do that is to create space for some kind of sacred practice in your life. That said, as you’ll hear from Tania, this doesn’t have to be complicated, or time consuming.

In this episode you’ll hear:

  • How integrating sacred practice into your (BUSY!) life will make you a better clinician.
  • What most people get wrong about meditation from the start.
  • How to cope with all the feelings you deal with in a single day (let’s be honest … it’s a lot).
  • How to intentionally switch into work mode (and how to leave work behind at the end of the day).
  • Why intuition suffers when you don’t take time to come back to center.
  • Why all the sleep in the world cannot fix weariness…and what can.

And more.

Honestly, there are so many different ways you could easily incorporate sacred practices into your daily life right now.

So, do me a favor … lose the expectation, lose the overwhelm, and just show up for yourself. Tune in to hear what Tania had to share. See what happens.

Because YOU are the greatest asset in your practice - and you deserve to be taken care of.

Give it a try!
